Thank heavens for snow days when I can't go anywhere!

I get to play then.

I used the layering stamp technique that I learned at Shirley's this weekend.

The cardstock is Bazzill, I used Kaleidacolor Fresh Greens ink,

bow from Michael's ribbon, and the stamp set is Gina K Showtime Stamp Kit 

Elegant Flowers.

I decided to use this snow day to play today.

I am practicing my digi downloads and this one if from Mabelle's Whimsey and Stars Studio.

I'm really wanting spring right now!!

I colored this using my crayons and blender pen, placed it on Amuse card stock and some spare

card stock I had on hand.

I die cut it with Spellbinders die cuts.

The ribbon is from Michael's.

I also added accents with my glitter pen.

Think I like the final outcome!

 

I just spent a wonderful weekend stamping with friends, and learning lots of new techniques!

Thanks to the help of Shirley and Donna I was able to figure out my mistake in

downloading and using digital images. Shirley and Donna thank you so much, and I did it!

This is a Blue Jay digi from Doodle Pantry. It is a Bday card for my friend you loves birds.

I used Amuse card stock,Spellbinders deckle die cuts, ribbon from Michael's,

and the Happy Birthday is from Stamping Sensations stamp set "Perfectly Said".

I had fun and can't wait to try the other techniques.
