I have been wanting to make a
card using this stamp set for awhile.
I just love these flowers.
I tried to color them as I saw on
the Internet but its going to take
some practice! I really like how it
turned out anyway. Good for any
occasion.

We are in need of  some Sympathy cards

at work again. Those are so hard to do.

I loved this paper, and I always think 

butterflies make beautiful sympathy

cards. I plan on making a few extra to

have on hand for the future, but I'll 

make a different design. I hopefully will

post them in a few days.

All I can say is sooo much fun!

From the stamping convention in 

Illinois to playing with my new toys

I don't know which was more fun. 

Had a wonderful time with very good friends at the convention and have been 

playing ever since. 

I have been working on my Copic

coloring for a while now and this gave me the perfect chance to do so.

I have a couple more of these to make, 

but I know who these first 2 are going to!

One night laying in bed instead of

sleeping this card idea kept

going through my mind. I couldn't wait 

to try it. I thought the glitter cardstock

would be perfect. It was, but die

cutting it was a pain. I think one

of my next purchases needs to be

a Precision Plate.

I am happy with the outcome though.

I have a colleague whose son is
turning 4 this weekend. She is so
sweet, so I wanted to send her son
a card. He's so adorable and I always
thought this set was too.
I thought it was perfect for him.
I had a great
time coloring it, and making the shaker
card was so much fun.
Hope he likes it!

I saw a card layout on YouTube 

a while back from DO Stamping with 

Dawn. I loved the closure with the scallop

tag punch and wanted to try it.

I finally got the tag punch, and here

is my interpretation of her layout.

I love the way it turned out.

Was a little difficult at first, but once

I did it a couple times was not so hard.
