Hello My Friend

Neenah solar white cardstock
Brushstrokes stamp set from Amuse
Hello stamp set from Stampin Up

I did not have much time and wanted to play.
I decided I would make a one layer card
cased off a card made by one made by one
of my BFFs, Shirley, that she had made in the past.
It is a simple card that can be sent, or even
made into a gift pack of cards for someone.
I thought about adding some bling,
And may still do that.

Plane using globe background

Cardstock from Amuse
Stamp Set Sky's The Limit from Stampin Up
Designer Paper Going Places from Stampin Up
Vellum
Nailheads from my stash

I was wanting to make another masculine card and
loved this DP and stamp set. What a perfect combination!
I think stamping the plane on the Vellum
worked out really well as there is not a die cut
for this stamp set. I usually struggle with how to
put banners on my cards but really like the way they
look on this card.
This is the last card in my happy stamping spree from
last weekend, but I hope to be able to do some more
stamping this weekend.
Have a happy day!

Love how this card turned out!
I saw these Simply Defined products (includes
the Be Inspired items) on a YouTube video
by Stacy at Scrapbooking Made Simple.
It was love at first sight. I am always struggling
with making masculine cards, and this
whole line is designed for that. I can't wait
to make more!

You are Tea-riffic

Amuse cardstock
DP and stamps and dies from Stampin Up set A Nice Cuppa
Ribbon from Paper Wishes
Yellow Candy Dot from Stampin Up
Pearls from my stash
Spellbinders die

This is such a fun paper and stamp set. I love
coffee, tea, and time spent w/special friends. Especially
if it involves stamping!
I wanted to enter the Saturday Sketch challenge. Sketches
are always a challenge for me. I changed the orientation
of the sketch but hope it still meets the challenge.

Birthday Flowers

Nina solar white cardstock
Prefolded cardstock from Paper Wishes
Perfect Pairings word stamps from Stampin Up
Couture Clear Stamps dies from The Ton
Sequins from Amuse

I have seen multiple cards with this type of design
on YouTube, and was wanting to try something
similar. I love the Couture Stamp set from
The Ton. It is a set of small flowers
and leaves, some of them 2 step stamps.
I am also enjoying using the prefolded cards
from Paper Wishes. They are 5 x 6 1/2 which is
the perfect size for my cards for coworkers.
I'm thinking it may be a little too busy, but pretty
anyway.

Stenciled Friend

Amuse cardsock
Nina solar white cardstock
Black cardstock from my stash
Amuse Sunflowers stamps and dies
Family & Friends die from Simon Says Stamp
Stencil from Clear Scraps
Wink of Stella pen
Ribbon from my stash
Pearl from my stash

This past weekend I had the ability to
craft my heart out as you have probably
already guessed. Boy did I have fun!
I have been wanting to try my hand at
some stenciling for a while now.
I used some Tim Holtz Distress inks and
sponged away. I really like how  bright
and cheerful it came out. I am still working
on proper placement of my Sunflower dies
and stamps, but I'm getting there.
I also colored my white ribbon to match.
The center of the flowers are colored
with Wink of Stella for some sparkle as the
picture below shows.
Oh how I love crafting!

Rose Wonder Sympathy Card

Nina solar white cardstock
Paper Wishes prefolded card
Black cardstock from my stash
Stamps from Rose Wonder stamp set
and dies by Stampin Up
Spectrum Noir and Copic markers
Irresistible Pico Embellisher
Pearls from my stash

This is another example of a card using the Rose
Wonder stamp set, but this time I also used
the outline dies. It really adds something to
the card. The Pico Embellishment adds sparkle and shine. I made this one a Sympathy card.
I love yellow roses and really like how it came out.

Birthday Plane

Amuse cardstock, Nina solar white cardstock,
StazOn white ink, white stitched clouds
(I don't remember they are from),
Sky Is The Limit stamp set by Stampin Up,
Nailhead stickers by Marc Richards,
Copic markers, and Wink of Stella pen.

I loved this stamp set from Stampin Up
as soon as I saw it. Thought it would make
a great masculine card.
I used a cloud stencil from Clear Scraps
for the background. I used the Wink of
Stella on the propellers.
Had fun making it!

Hello Sunflowers

Amuse cardstock, Nina solar white cardstock,
Black cardstock from my stash.
Sunflowers stamp set from Amuse.
Hello die cut from Paper Wishes.
Copic markers, sequins from Amuse,
Wink of Stella clear glitter pen.

I cased this card from a video by France Martin,
with a few twists of my own. She called it mini
frame stamping.
I love this stamp set from Amuse and thought
it was perfect for this card.
I'm ready for Spring, and this card can be used
for so many purposes.
I think the glitter and sequins add the perfect
touch!
